Family Day at BMoA

In participation with Downtown Bakersfield’s Second Saturday events, BMoA offers visitors fun community programs, family-friendly art projects, and access to our exhibitions.

Jazz in the Garden

Enjoy the mild weather and mellow vibes of the Bakersfield College Jazz Combos in our sculpture garden. Grab a blanket and bring a friend.

Loaded baked potatoes, street dogs & links, and mac & cheese bowls available for purchase by It Was Good Street Food.


All-Ages Art Project

10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Create an art project inspired by the techniques of past exhibiting artists.

Art Project included with admission. Member admission is FREE
