Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is the lead designer for all graphic design projects in both print and digital media, manages website updates, and implements the museum's email marketing campaigns. This position reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager.

The successful candidate will

  • Create visual campaigns for digital and print media, and promotional advertising that are consistent with the museum brand and give a unique voice to enterprise-wide programming; maintain the museum’s style guide.

  • Act as lead contact for ordering, tracking, and distributing promotional print materials; maintain museum’s marketing collateral archive.

  • Create and implement website updates in consultation with the Marketing and Communications manager and in alignment with best practices in UX/UI design, accessibility, and SEO

  • Create visually compelling email campaigns to promote museum programming

  • Create and maintain the marketing department’s production calendar across social media, print, email, and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Assist with data collection and analysis to inform and support marketing strategies

  • Other duties, as assigned
