In participation with Downtown Bakersfield’s Second Saturday events, BMoA offers visitors fun community programs, family-friendly art projects, and access to our exhibitions.

Enjoy the mild weather and mellow vibes of the Bakersfield College Jazz Combos in our sculpture garden. Grab a blanket and bring a friend.
Enjoy a green tea by Bakersfield’s first matcha bar: Matcha de Corazón
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Experiment with bead embroidery with our education team as we take inspiration from the color and texture of the Laddie John Dill installation in the foyer.
