About The Panelists
Vishnu Dass
Director of the Steven Arnold Archives and the film Steven Arnold: Heavenly Bodies. Vishnu has been dedicated to studying, exhibiting, and preserving Steven Arnold’s works for over 12 years.
Stephen Jerome
Society photographer for the Los Angeles Herald Examiner, Stephen is also a lifelong pianist/composer, and the author of two published novels. In the late 1980s and the early 90s, his photos of the LA art, social, and society scenes included “insider” privileges at Zanzabar, artist Steven Arnold’s magical studio in Los Angeles.
Michael Greg Michaud
An award-winning Hollywood biographer, Michaud appeared in Steven Arnold, Heavenly Bodies. Michaud wrote Sal Mineo, A Biography (Random House/ Crown Archetype, 2010); Famous Enough, A Hollywood Memoir (BearManor Media, 2014); and Alan Sues, A Funny Man (BearManor Media, 2016). Michaud edited and annoted Mae West Between the Covers (BearManor Media, 2018), which was nominated for the 2019 Next Generation Indie Book Award for Humor/Comedy; Marlene Deitrich Between the Covers (BearManor Media, 2020); Tippi Hedren’s book The Cats of Shambala (Shambala Press, 1993), and contributed to Linda Blair’s book, Going Vegan (SHA, Inc., 2021).
Michaud is also a contributor to the 2020 PBS American Masters feature documentary Mae West-Dirty Blonde.
