BMoA Educator Program
Free Family Memberships for Kern County.
Art education teaches children creative thinking, which is the basis of innovation. We believe that educators are vital partners in building and maintaining an informed and educated community. By providing teachers with the opportunity and access to museum exhibitions and programs at the Bakersfield Museum of Art, we can enhance their ongoing education and our community.
The BMoA Education Partner Program allows for Kern County K-12 teachers to receive a Family membership at BMoA at no cost, valid for one full year. Membership benefits include:
unlimited visits to museum exhibitions for two adults and two children under 17
exclusive invitations to exhibition openings
discounted admission to BMoA special events
10% discount on gift shop merchandise
discounted tuition for museum classes and lectures
This program is made possible through the generosity of the Bakersfield West Rotary-Stroope Family Foundation.
This program is only available to new Educator members. Past applicants will not be accepted.
