If you only have the primary colors you can color mix to create purple, orange and green.
Purple: mix red and blue.
Orange: mix red and yellow.
Green: mix blue and yellow.
Starting from the outer edge of the plate, start painting the colors of the rainbow. Let dry.
Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.
On the bottom of the rainbow, glue the balls. These are your clouds.
Carefully poke two holes at the top of your rainbow and put the string through each hole. Tie the string. And enjoy!
