Porcelain Art Workshop
with Yvonne Cavanagh

Saturday, December 1 , 2018
10:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Back by popular demand! Join BMoA Exhibiting Artist Yvonne Cavanagh for a Porcelain Art Workshop. Participants will create two porcelain pieces, while learning how porcelain compares to clay. Cavanagh will guide each participant through the steps in creating a shallow dish with leaf impressions and a small textured porcelain bowl while sharing her unique insights on this art form. The pieces will be fired and glazed to accentuate the white porcelain and returned to participants when completed. Returning participants will be shown an additional technique in building with porcelain.
