Volunteer Opportunities

There are many exciting opportunities to get involved in the Museum. Are you interested in seeing what happens behind the scenes of an exhibit? Then volunteer for the mailing committee or gallery preparation. Did you ever want to meet the artist and collectors? Then volunteer at Preview Circle or one of the exhibit openings for check-in, ticket sales, membership, or as a bartender.
The docent program is always looking for enthusiastic individuals who would like to lead students or groups on 30-minute tours of the Museum. Each tour is followed by a 30-minute hands-on art project. Gallery information is distributed along with a master tour of the new exhibits so that docents can begin to design their own tour. Do you like to work outside? Then pitch in during special gardening projects and learn about plants and their care.
We always have volunteer opportunities available in the following areas. Whether you have just a few hours every so often to share with us, or several days each month, we welcome you to join us. Have fun, meet new friends, be active in your community. Volunteers make a difference!
