Susan Reep will recount the fascinating story behind the discovery of the photographs in the exhibit Framing Edward Reep: A War Artist’s Journey to Bologna 1944-1945. In 2012, Edward Reep’s family members opened a cigar box and discovered film to photographs which he had taken while on assignment as combat artist and war photographer during WWII. Since that moment, Susan and the photographs have taken a journey of international proportions.
